Directions:

LIFE PLUS COLLOIDAL SILVER is best absorbed by spraying into the mouth. Forty (40) pumps from the spray top is equivalent to one (1) teaspoonful. Adults and children 12 and over take 1 to 3 teaspoonfuls three times per day. Children under 12 take 1/2 the adult dosage. Hold in mouth as long as possible before swallowing.
